The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in premium product sales to engage high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and drive conversions in the luxury real estate segment. Key Responsibilities : Generate and manage leads for high-end residential or commercial properties. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options. Leverage past experience in selling luxury utensils to build rapport with affluent clientele. Conduct site visits, presentations, and property walkthroughs. Maintain a strong follow-up system for potential buyers and close deals effectively. Develop and maintain relationships with HNW clients, architects, interior designers, and channel partners. Negotiate price and payment terms within company guidelines. Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline status. Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor offerings. Key Skills & Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus. 6 month–5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably from the luxury homeware, kitchenware, or utensils segment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer orientation and relationship management abilities. Ability to understand client preferences and suggest customized solutions. Passionate about the luxury segment and real estate industry.
