Sales Executive - Real Estate for Igatpuri Site

As a Sales Executive at Igatpuri Site, your main responsibility is to engage with potential clients to sell NA Plots and real estate properties. You will need to provide detailed information to clients, develop strong relationships for repeat business, follow up regularly with clients, and assist in the overall sales strategy. To excel in this role, you must have proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, strong convincing ability, fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi, and be an active, self-motivated individual. Preferred skills include previous experience in plot selling, ability to work independently, and knowledge of the local real estate market. Key Responsibilities: - Engage and communicate with potential clients to sell plots and real estate properties. - Provide detailed information and respond to queries through various communication channels. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. - Follow up with clients regularly and handle objections professionally. - Assist in the overall sales strategy and collaborate with the team. Key Requirements: - Proven sales experience, preferably in plot selling or real estate. - Excellent communication skills and strong convincing ability. - Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi. - Active, energetic, and self-motivated individual. - Ability to effectively engage with clients through various platforms. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly. Preferred Skills: - Previous experience in plot selling or real estate industry. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. - Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
