Ratnakala Exports Private Limited manufactures 0.18 to 5 carat GIA certified polished diamonds in various shapes. We supply polished diamonds to wholesalers, jewelry manufacturers, and watch manufacturers globally. Ratnakala is renowned for both the volume of production and the quality of our diamonds.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Surat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role includes coordinating with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products, preparing sales reports, and staying updated on market trends.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management
Ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in preparing sales reports and analyzing market trends
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with production and other teams
Experience in the diamond industry is a must
