Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, reaching out to potential customers, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the company's products. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, providing customer service, and supporting the training of new staff in sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing
• Proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the diamond or jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
