Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate team. This role is ideal for candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience who are passionate about sales, customer service, and the property market. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
  
• Attend walk-in clients at the site office and provide project information.
  
• Understand client needs and suggest suitable properties based on their requirements.
  
• Conduct property tours and site visits for prospective buyers.
  
• Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.
  
• Negotiate deals and close transactions effectively.
  
• Maintain relationships with existing customers for referrals and repeat business.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and CRM for smooth operations.
  
• Stay updated on the latest real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business, or Real Estate).

• 0 to 3 years of sales experience (real estate experience is a plus).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English, Telugu and Hindi

• Strong customer service orientation.
  
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
