Job Description

Job Summary:

candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience who are passionate about sales, customer service, and the property market.

NOTE: We need local candidates in Hyderabad and Immidiate Joinners

Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Attend walk-in clients at the site office and provide project information.
Understand client needs and suggest suitable properties based on their requirements.
Conduct property tours and site visits for prospective buyers.
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.
Negotiate deals and close transactions effectively.
Maintain relationships with existing customers for referrals and repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and CRM for smooth operations.
Stay updated on the latest real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

MBA (preferred in Marketing or Real Estate).
0 to 2 years of sales experience (real estate experience is a plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
