Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented

Sales Executive

to join our Tours and Travel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, creating customized tour itineraries, preparing quotations, and ensuring successful deal closures through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries through chat and calls in a professional manner.

Understand client requirements and prepare tailored tour itineraries and quotations.

Coordinate with clients to confirm bookings and close sales.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure conversion.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong customer service and sales abilities.

Basic knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and booking procedures (preferred).

Ability to multitask and handle client interactions efficiently.

Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry will be an added advantage.
