Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Sales Executive to manage and respond to client inquiries through multiple channels including WhatsApp, online chat, email, and phone calls. The role involves handling both international and domestic clients, ensuring a smooth customer experience and driving conversions. This is a night shift position. Only male candidates should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via:
• WhatsApp chat
• Online website/live chat
• Email correspondence
• Inbound and outbound calls
• Handle and resolve inquiries from both international and domestic clients.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
• Assist in generating and converting sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work proactively during the night shift to manage all incoming communications.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Experience in handling customer queries via multiple communication platforms.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable working in night shifts.
• Only male candidates will be considered for this role due to shift requirements.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or online chat software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
