We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Jorhat. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities. * Present and promote real estate properties to clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements. * Coordinate and execute property site visits with prospective buyers.Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Requirements:* Proven experience in sales, has to be in the real estate sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Must be located in Jorhat or willing to relocate for the role. * Proficiency in local languages (Assamese & Hindi) and familiarity with the Jorhat real estate market is an advantage. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * Perks and Benefits: Attractive salary package with performance-based incentives. *Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.
