· Develop and manage tender responses, ensuring they are submitted on time and in line with customer requirements. · Research and identify new tenders that are relevant to the company. · Prepare tender documents and coordinate with internal stakeholders as required. · Monitor tender timelines and ensure all deadlines are met. · Liaise with external customers and suppliers to ensure timely response to queries. · Analyse tender documents and technical specifications to determine the most suitable solution for the customer. · Participate in tender presentations and evaluations. · Provide support throughout the tendering process and post-tender activities.
