Job Description:

Pristine Developers is seeking highly motivated and well-groomed Sales Executives to join our luxury real estate sales team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling high-net-worth clients, showcasing premium residential properties, and closing high-value real estate deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and investors.
• Present and promote luxury residential properties to potential buyers.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Generate leads through networking , referrals, site visits, and events.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable premium properties.
• Conduct property site visits, negotiations, and assist in closing deals.
• Ensure smooth coordination with legal, finance, and documentation teams.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
• Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups through CRM systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Presentable with a professional and confident personality.
• Experience in luxury real estate, high-end automobile sales, or premium hospitality is preferred.
• Knowledge of Pune’s real estate market is an advantage.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• North Indian candidates preferred for client profiling and communication suitability.

Education:

Mandatory MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
