Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive to join our Calicut office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling Dubai-based customer inquiries, providing support in English and Hindi, and coordinating with our operations team to ensure excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from Dubai customers.
• Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Prepare and send quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate with the Dubai team for order status, delivery, and support.
• Maintain daily records of inquiries, follow-ups, and sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and friendly communication style at all times.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
• Fluent in English and Hindi (must).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business).
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
