Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Greet customers, understand their requirements, and guide them in selecting suitable vehicles.
  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and promotional offers.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate the performance and features of vehicles.
  • Maintain follow-ups with customers through calls, messages, and visits to close sales.
  • Prepare sales quotations, negotiate prices, and process booking formalities.
  • Coordinate with the finance and insurance (F&I) team for loan and insurance processes.
  • Ensure vehicles are delivered professionally with complete documentation.
  • Maintain showroom display standards and participate in sales events/campaigns.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports.
  • Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 12th pass or graduate (preferred).
  • Experience in automobile sales is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Good knowledge of cars, features, variants, and market trends.
  • Ability to work under targets and handle pressure.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
