Role & responsibilities Greet customers, understand their requirements, and guide them in selecting suitable vehicles. Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and promotional offers. Conduct test drives and demonstrate the performance and features of vehicles. Maintain follow-ups with customers through calls, messages, and visits to close sales. Prepare sales quotations, negotiate prices, and process booking formalities. Coordinate with the finance and insurance (F&I) team for loan and insurance processes. Ensure vehicles are delivered professionally with complete documentation. Maintain showroom display standards and participate in sales events/campaigns. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports. Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 12th pass or graduate (preferred). Experience in automobile sales is an advantage, but freshers can also apply. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Good knowledge of cars, features, variants, and market trends. Ability to work under targets and handle pressure. Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
