Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our operations team in the solar industry, located in Mumbai-Panvel, India. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of competitors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of the solar industry and its trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
