Sales Executive, On Trade - Mumbai

As a Sales Executive, On Trade for Mumbai, reporting to the Head of On Trade, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and market share of renowned brands like Dom Prignon, Veuve Clicquot, and Hennessy. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain the sales and marketing business plan, focusing on achieving secondary sale targets in the assigned universe of Mumbai. - Counter extreme environmental challenges and achieve agreed sales targets and NSI generation on each brand for the region. - Drive On Trade business growth and market share by conducting outlet audits, focusing on volume growth, brand image building, and growth generation. - Ensure periodic product trainings for trade partners" staff in On-Trade to enhance productivity. - Execute relevant activations in On-Trade outlets efficiently, manage FTT and ANP budgets, and analyze brand building initiatives and activations. - Maintain organizational standard quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, price, and persuasion at the outlet, while managing stock and inventory for new product launches. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 3 years of commercial experience in sales, with specific Key Account experience. - Excellent sales skills with a proven record of achieving targets. - Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of liquor consumption trends, habits, and preferences of consumers in India. - High level of commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and understanding of people management. - Ability to work with a disciplined approach to ensure management of people and standards. - Fluent in English with proficiency in other languages as a plus.
