Sales Executive (On Field)

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through direct sales, cold calls, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting products/services effectively.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers.
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries or complaints.
• Gather and analyze sales data to improve performance.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures, social media content, and advertisements.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to increase brand awareness.
• Monitor and report on competitors’ marketing and sales strategies.
• Work with digital marketing teams to enhance online presence and lead generation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales and marketing (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
