Role & responsibilities

Responsible for driving sales of
Wires, Air coolers/Water Heaters - Ludhiana, Modular Switches and Switchgears
-
Kotkapura

Managing and nurturing relationships with distributors and dealers to ensure smooth operations.
Enhancing both primary and secondary sales within the assigned territory.
Strengthening dealer network management to achieve deeper market penetration.
Monitoring competitor activities, including pricing, product offerings, sales performance, and marketing strategies.
Developing and implementing proactive marketing strategies to address sales shortfalls and support growth initiatives.
Overseeing branding and advertising efforts to boost brand visibility and awareness in the territory.
Addressing and resolving service-related issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Leading, motivating, and improving the communication skills of the distributor sales team to drive performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/BTech in any discipline/3-year diploma
2-15 years sales experience.
Channel sales experience in products like
Wires, Modular Switches, Switchgear and Air Coolers/Water Heaters.
Should have good knowledge of product market in Ludhiana Market
Two - wheeler for field visits.
Local language frequency + basic English
