Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Executive located in Lucknow. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relations, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include meeting with potential clients, providing property tours, negotiating deals, and preparing sales reports.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Client Relations, and Negotiation
  • Market Research and Analytical skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
