Job Description

You will be joining our team as a Sales Executive and your primary responsibility will be converting the qualified leads provided by the company into successful sales. Your role will involve building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting suitable products/services to meet sales targets. Your main tasks will include contacting and following up with company-provided leads, understanding customer requirements, and recommending appropriate solutions. Your goal will be to convert leads into successful sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. It will also be crucial to maintain records of sales activities and update CRM systems. Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business will be an essential part of your role, along with achieving individual and team sales targets. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. Being goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results will be key to your success in this position.
