Sales Executive

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, your role will involve identifying and visiting potential customers in assigned areas to promote and sell company products/services. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers, and conducting market research to understand customer needs and competition. Your key responsibilities also include achieving assigned sales targets, reporting daily activities to the manager, following up with leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collecting customer feedback to provide insights for improving sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and visit potential customers in assigned areas. - Promote and sell company products/services. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. - Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential buyers. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition. - Achieve assigned sales targets. - Report daily activities to the manager. - Follow up with leads. - Ensure customer satisfaction. - Collect customer feedback to provide insights for improving sales strategies. Qualification Required: - Minimum qualification of 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (Any stream). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for sales and willingness to work in the field. - Self-motivated and target-driven. - Basic knowledge of sales techniques is a plus. - Own vehicle and a valid driving license (if required). Additional Details: This full-time position offers benefits such as paid time off, a compensation package including performance and yearly bonuses, and a day shift schedule. A driving license is preferred, and a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is also preferred. The work location is in person.
