Job Description

As a Sales Executive in New Car Finance, your role involves managing auto loans through car dealers, direct sales agents, and direct sales teams. Your key responsibilities include: - Empaneling new car dealers, DSA, and DST in the market - Being accountable for sales performance and productivity of the team - Conducting training for all channels and the team on product, policy, and market changes - Managing business promotional activities with channels - Tracking channels and the team for quality sourcing and a healthy portfolio - Interacting with the credit team and obtaining business approvals - Keeping a close watch on competitor products, policies, and market strategies Your deliverables will include recruiting, training, and motivating the channel sales team to achieve sales targets. You will guide the channel sales team and introduce clients to them. Additionally, you will maintain knowledge of all bank products and services and assist in resolving customer queries. Developing new relationships with customers to increase revenue and accounts will also be part of your responsibilities.,
