Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the polymer market. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Collaborate with the production and marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales goals and product offerings. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management. Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in the polymer manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in sales within the polymer sector and a strong understanding of polymer products and markets.
