Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Chennai & Major Cities across Tamil Nadu

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence by actively canvassing for new retail traders across Chennai and other major cities in Tamil Nadu. You will be the face of our company, introducing and explaining our products to potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel throughout assigned territories to identify and engage with potential retail traders.
• Present, promote, and sell products to prospective and existing customers.
• Develop a deep understanding of our product line and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or a similar role in the FMCG/Retail sector.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in Tamil and English is required.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
