Job Description

As a Marketing Executive, your role will involve generating leads by attending various activities such as stations, malls, societies, and exhibitions. You will be reporting to the team leader and Branch Manager, and following up on site visits and confirmations. Additionally, you will accompany clients on site visits and assist in plot bookings. It is important for you to be available for office calls on Fridays to Sundays. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads through various activities - Report to team leader and Branch Manager - Follow up on site visits and confirmations - Accompany clients on site visits and assist in plot bookings - Attend office calls on Fridays to Sundays - Achieve monthly targets of 8 to 10 site visits and 2 bookings Qualifications Required: - Fluent in Marathi and Hindi - Full-time availability - Willingness to travel for official purposes - Performance-driven with the ability to meet monthly targets Please note that this is a full-time position with a performance bonus compensation package. The work schedule is during day shift hours and the work location is remote.,
