Job Description

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, sizes, and safety aspects related to children’s items.
Ensure proper stock display, merchandising, and cleanliness of the shop.
Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and maintain sales records.
Keep track of stock levels and coordinate with the manager for replenishment.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries/complaints politely.
Stay updated on product knowledge, new arrivals, and seasonal offers.
Follow all company policies regarding sales, returns, and exchanges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
