The candidate must have completed BBA \B.COM should be able to handle hotel bookings, travel queries, customer coordination, and achieve monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities Handle inquiries for hotel bookings, group stays, and domestic travel packages. Understand client requirements and share suitable hotel options & quotations. Convert leads into confirmed bookings. Communicate with clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp. Coordinate with hotel partners for rates, availability, and confirmations. Manage booking vouchers, invoices, confirmations, and documentation. Handle reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests. Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/Excel sheets.
