Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in hotel or tourism sales. The candidate must have completed BBA \B.COM should be able to handle hotel bookings, travel queries, customer coordination, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries for hotel bookings, group stays, and domestic travel packages.
• Understand client requirements and share suitable hotel options & quotations.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Communicate with clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with hotel partners for rates, availability, and confirmations.
• Manage booking vouchers, invoices, confirmations, and documentation.
• Handle reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/Excel sheets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BBA /B.COM
• 1–3 years experience in Hotel Sales / Travel Agency Sales / Tourism Operations
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Knowledge of hotel categories, room types, and travel services
• Good negotiation & sales conversion skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Emails, and CRM tools
• Customer-service oriented and target-driven
