We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably in Diesel Generators, Chillers, Compressors, Transformers, or similar industrial equipment. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across your assigned region
23 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment or power solutions
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Understanding of technical equipment like generators, chillers, etc., is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities
Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable product solutions
Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals and quotations
Negotiate deals and close orders in line with company pricing and margin expectations
Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities
Coordinate with technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Meet assigned sales targets and reporting requirements
Willingness to travel across assigned regions
