Sales Executive - MICE

Travel and Tape Hospitality LLP is expanding! We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Executive – MICE to drive growth, build strong corporate relationships, and lead high-value MICE projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive MICE business development and acquire new corporate clients.
• Pitch, negotiate, and close high-value MICE deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, event planners, and partners.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored MICE solutions

(events, conferences, incentive tours, off sites).

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and sales reports.
• Represent the brand at trade fairs, networking events, and corporate meetings.
• Track sales pipelines, market trends, and competitor activities.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3+ years of experience in MICE / corporate sales.
• Strong track record in client acquisition & revenue delivery.
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with solid understanding of MICE operations.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
