Job Description

Title- Sales Executive

Location: Lucknow

Mode : Onsite

Shifts: Europe (12:30 pm to 9:30) | Middle east: 10 am to 7 pm)

Salary: Depends on interview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential delegates through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Engage with C-level executives, decision-makers, and industry professionals to promote conference participation.
  • Explain event value propositions clearly and persuasively to drive registrations.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client and sales information.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and event-specific sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

    are essential.
  • 13 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, or delegate sales (preferably in the events/conference industry).
  • Confident telephone manner with the ability to engage senior professionals.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
