Sales Executive Medical Devices (IVD)

As a Sales Executive for Medical Devices (IVD) at our leading medical device company specializing in In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) solutions, you will play a crucial role in advancing healthcare through cutting-edge technology and innovative diagnostics. We are committed to expanding across key markets and are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team. Your responsibilities will include driving sales of IVD products to hospitals, diagnostic labs, clinics, and healthcare providers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Additionally, you will conduct product presentations, demos, and trainings for customers, and provide timely market feedback to the internal team for order processing, delivery, and post-sales support. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management would be a plus. You should have a minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience in the Pharma, Life Sciences, or Medical Devices industry, with prior experience in IVD or diagnostic devices being an added advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a strong customer orientation and a result-driven approach. You should also be willing to travel within the assigned territory as required.
