Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive with automobile industry experience to manage customer interactions, vehicle presentations, lead follow-ups, and sales closures. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and experienced in showroom sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable vehicle options.
• Provide product demonstrations, feature explanations, and price discussions.
• Coordinate and manage test drives.
• Handle enquiries and follow up on leads through calls and in-person interactions.
• Maintain daily lead tracking and update CRM records.
• Work with finance, insurance, and delivery teams to complete the sales process.
• Achieve assigned sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Participate in local promotional activities or events, when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales is mandatory.
• Strong communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Good understanding of vehicle features, variants, and pricing.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Education

• Graduate (Any Stream)
