Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting the company’s construction services, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication, market analysis, and relationship-building skills to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients for construction projects.
  • Promote the company’s construction services, highlighting unique selling points.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

3. Market Analysis and Lead Generation:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and client needs.

4. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure deals while ensuring profitability.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly to close sales effectively.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and forecast sales.

6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to align sales with project capabilities.
  • Communicate client feedback to improve services and offerings.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.

Qualifications and Skills:Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Diploma or certification in Sales/Marketing (preferred).

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and its services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Revenue generated from sales.
  • Conversion rate from leads to successful deals.
  • Client satisfaction and retention rate.
  • Timely submission of sales reports and forecasts.
