Job Summary: To search for new companies and expand the reach of Agarwal Earthmoving Enterprises among all the Coal and granite mining and road construction companies, Stone Crushers machine owners, spare part service providers in the state. Drive sales and develop customer relationships, ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
* Sell Replacement/OEM/Genuine/ spare parts for excavators, dozers, graders, and loaders.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
* Stay updated on market developments, customer needs, and industry trends.
* Work closely with Delhi teams regarding orders and timely delivery of parts.
* Collaborate with the technical team to address product inquiries and customer concerns.
Experience: 5 years of sales experience/mechanical background in the earthmoving machinery Parts segment.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of earth moving machinery and compatible spare parts.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with parts for brands like Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, Hyundai, etc.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the state.
