Role & responsibilities *Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers to promote various insurance products. *Follow up with interested prospects to ensure a high conversion ratio. *Meet or exceed assigned sales target on a monthly/quarterly basis. *Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. *Field visit at customer place for lead conversion. Preferred candidate profile Male candidate only Minimum age: 30 years Experience : Minimum 1 year into sales Driving license and Bike Mandatory. Exciting incentives and Travel allowance per customer provided.
