Sales Executive (Male & Female)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for lead generation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
• Basic computer skills; experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
