Conduct field visits to meet potential customers, explain products/services, and generate sales.
Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase brand loyalty.
Distribute marketing materials (brochures, leaflets, posters, etc.).
Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales.
Collect customer feedback and report market trends to management.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and marketing targets.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, or local events.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
Prior experience in field marketing/sales is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Good knowledge of local markets and customer behavior.
Willingness to travel frequently.
