Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers professionally
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable print / branding solutions
Prepare quotations and close orders
Coordinate with design & production teams
Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Handle basic billing and follow-ups
Maintain daily sales records

Strong communication & customer-handling skills
Ability to upsell and cross-sell
Basic computer skills (billing / Excel / WhatsApp)
Clean, professional attitude
Willingness to work store hours
