Job Description

We are looking for Financial Advisors to evaluate, and authorize loan applications for our students. You will act as a liaison between students & loan services ensuring that the qualified applicants will acquire loans on time. .Youll work closely with a diverse group of people coming from both leading MNCs such as McKinsey, BCG, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, and startups such as Byjus, Paytm etc. to establish, nurture, and grow business across categories & territories.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential students who would require a loan
  • Develop a strong pipeline of new students through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.
  • Place outbound calls, send letters, and emails to contact delinquent borrowers and advise them of their repayment responsibility and options.
  • Receive phone calls from students, answering their questions regarding their loan queries and repayment options.
  • Analyzing the financial status of a borrower.
  • Monitor and analyze the steady pipeline to review performance & optimize accordingly to ensure that the objectives are being met.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls. • Create lead engagement plans and strategy.
  • Research the details pertaining to each offering and add onto it on a timely basis.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelors degree in any or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial industry, fintech or study abroad sector preferred.
  • Should have demonstrable network in the outbound student remittance market, student consultant, exchange companies etc.
  • Should have consistently performed in sales environment either in an AD2 or sales profiles .
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office , Excel & Power Point would be an asset.
  • Positive attitude, flexible nature, a person who would thrive in a fast- paced constantly changing environment .
  • Ability to work flexible hour .
  • Knowledge for forex, outward remittance and the markets is desirable.
  • Should be analytically strong & willingness to work in a tech environment.
