Job Description

As a Sales Manager for Loan against Property business, you will be responsible for managing sales across various channels including open market and branches. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring unilateral growth by adding new branches - Managing and growing the Direct Sales team to enhance productivity - Marketing and capitalizing on catchment areas - Meeting HNI clients to explain products related to Loan against property/HF/ Working capital - Building and maintaining relationships with builders, focusing on primary markets - Obtaining project approvals from builders - Generating additional revenue through cross-selling of products like Insurance, CASA, Credit Cards, etc. - Conducting training and development sessions for the DST Team and DSAs - Coordinating with internal teams (Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations) for smooth business operations - Ensuring end-to-end processing of cases and providing timely updates to customers - Delivering top-class service to customers to improve NPS Scores - Experience in SECURED LOAN SALES is a must Job Requirements: - Qualification: Graduate / MBA Skills & Experience: - Minimum 3 years of work experience in Home Loan / Mortgage Sales with DMA/DST/Bank Branches - Strong customer relationship management skills - Sales and service orientation (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description) As a Sales Manager for Loan against Property business, you will be responsible for managing sales across various channels including open market and branches.
