Job Description

You are an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive with in-depth knowledge of Western Mumbai real estate projects. Your role involves handling client inquiries, conducting site visits for projects located between Andheri to Borivali, and building a strong network with builders and developers in the Western Suburbs. You should have a proven track record in sales closures and strong client-handling skills. Your key responsibilities include converting leads into successful bookings, achieving monthly sales targets, providing regular follow-ups with clients, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and coordinating with the pre-sales/telecalling team for smooth lead flow. It is essential to stay updated with ongoing and upcoming projects in the Western real estate market. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Western suburbs. You must possess strong knowledge of real estate projects between Andheri to Borivali, proven ability in lead conversion and sales closures, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused. Owning a vehicle for site visits is preferred.,
