Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Promote and sell loan and financial products to individual and business customers. Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local marketing. Meet monthly sales targets and ensure customer acquisition. Explain product features, documentation, and eligibility criteria. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Submit accurate reports and updates to the branch manager. Preferred candidate profile: Experience: 02 years in sales, preferably in NBFCs, banks, or financial products. Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Other: Target-driven, field-ready, and familiar with the local area and customer base.
