Job- Sales Executive

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month-

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. This individual will play a key role in identifying potential clients, engaging with prospects, and supporting business development activities through multiple channels.

This is a combination of field and inside sales where the BDE will be expected to set up meetings and engage in prospect engagement through in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Client Prospecting:
  • Identify and research potential clients using platforms like LinkedIn, databases, social media, and other relevant tools.
  • Validate and enrich existing leads in the CRM system.
  • Qualify prospects and gather key information to enable decision-making.
  • Cold Calling & Client Engagement:
  • Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling and follow-up calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients — virtually, in-person, or any mutually convenient mode.
  • Conduct post-call follow-ups to maintain engagement and push prospects through the pipeline.
  • CRM Management:
  • Regularly update and maintain the CRM system with accurate information.
  • Track communication history, meeting outcomes, and follow-up tasks
  • Ensure target audiences are invited and present at seminars or events.
  • Optionally accompany the BDM for client visits as per personal choice.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Sales and/or BD is mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and other digital platforms for outreach.
  • Ability to manage CRM tools and track lead status effectively.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in approach.
  • Willing to travel within the city,
