Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Support business development initiatives, presentations, and client meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, proposals, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA in Marketing / Business Development from a recognized institution.
Minimum
1+ year of experience in Sales / Business Development.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Target-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
