Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive with a strong background in international B2B voice-based sales. This role is primarily focused on international lead generation through various platforms. You will be responsible for identifying and converting potential business leads across international markets, playing a vital role in the company’s revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: ● Proactively generate B2B leads through cold calling and various lead generation platforms. ● Convert qualified leads into software services sales through effective communication and follow-up. ● Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. ● Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads and sales activities using CRM tools. ● Communicate with international clients via voice calls, cold calling and emails, sales navigator, to understand their needs and present product solutions. ● Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Eligibility Criteria: ● Minimum of 2-4 year of experience in inside sales, specifically focused on international software services sales and lead generation. ● Proven success in meeting or surpassing sales targets. ● Excellent command of English (verbal and written) is mandatory. ● Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills, particularly with international clients. ● Proficiency with CRM systems. ● Must be willing to work from the office. Preferred Skills: ● Experience in software /IT services. ● Understanding of global sales dynamics and sensitivity to cultural nuances. ● Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and results orientation. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: Warje, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): Experience in software /IT services?
