Key Responsibilities Development & Architecture: Build scalable, responsive frontend architectures using ReactJS, VueJS, and NuxtJS. Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready UI with attention to detail. Architect reusable components, scalable folder structures, and maintainable codebases using best practices. Implement complex workflows and data fetching using libraries like React Query (TanStack), Zustand, or Vue Composition APIs. Team Collaboration: Participate actively in sprint planning, team meetings, and code discussions. Collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders to align on project requirements and deliverables. Work with designers to ensure UI/UX fidelity and enhance user experience. Code Quality and Standards: Perform code reviews of junior developers' work to maintain code quality and enforce coding standards. Mentor and guide junior team members to improve their technical skills and understanding. Maintain consistent coding practices using linters (ESLint), formatters (Prettier), and git branching strategies (GitFlow). API Integrations and Optimization: Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and third-party libraries seamlessly into frontend projects. Optimize frontend applications for performance (lazy loading, code splitting, SSR where applicable). Troubleshoot, debug, and proactively resolve frontend issues and bottlenecks. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain technical documentation for components, workflows, and frontend guidelines. Document component libraries and reusable modules for team reference. Communicate project progress, risks, and blockers proactively to the management. Must-Have Skills 4+ years professional experience in frontend development. Expert-level hands-on experience with ReactJS , VueJS , and NuxtJS . Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS (or SCSS). Deep experience with: State Management: Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Vuex, Pinia Data Fetching: TanStack Query (React Query), SWR, Axios Form Management: Formik, React Hook Form Experience translating complex designs from Figma/XD into clean, production-quality frontend.
