Education Criteria: MBA/BE/B. Tech or any relevant degree preferred

Note: Only Male Candidates Preferable.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations/demonstration on products and services
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams .

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication and Negotiation skills.
• Extremely comfortable in approaching prospective customers via cold calling, mailing, referrals, messaging etc.,
• Should be target oriented to achieve the KRA (Key Responsibilities Area)
• Should effectively coordinate with Team members, Managers.
• Should be from IT background with MBA/BE/B. Tech.
• Should be able to move on field to meet clients.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• MBA/BE/B.Tech or any relevant degree preferred
• Two to five years of industry sales experience
• Familiarity with office software and phone systems
