· Order creation & checking thoroughly before circulation for Customers.
· Making shipments for all customers.
· Sends the Invoice, DCB, tracking details to customer after shipment.
· Helping other team members for diamonds, orders, and etc.
· Quotation order creation.
· Seeing to timely shipment and deliveries of orders as per customer satisfaction.
· Following up with factory for production status.
· Follow-up with PPC (Production & Sampling) for timely shipment.
· Co-ordination with Central Department and customer to make sure the chains inventory is tallied.
· Working on Aging pcs with PPC and getting the issues resolved if any.
Any other miscellaneous work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
