Role & responsibilities

About the Role:

This is not a typical sales job its about guiding people to secure their financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads from social media, referrals, and internal sources.
  • Explain Mutual Fund and Insurance products in a simplified and goal-based manner.
  • Conduct portolio reviews, recommend suitable investment strategies.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of transaction.
  • Handle client objections and mely resolve queries with empathy and clarity.
  • Maintain follow-up discipline and ensure high client conversion and retention.
  • A end regular training sessions to stay updated on markets and regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

Who Should Apply?

• Minimum 1 year of Mutual Fund sales/Insurance sales/advisory experience (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of SIPs, portfolio allocation and MF categories.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking Hindi, Gujarati or Kutchi.

• Should be a team player with a client-first atitude.

• Able to build long-term trust with clients, not just close transactions.
